Hey there!
My name’s Tony Horton – yup, I know I have the same name as that fitness fanatic, but I can assure you I’m not him. Though I am trying to create something equally inspirational! A travel resource site which gives people all the travel and tourism picks they’re looking for!
I was working a pretty mundane 9-5 tourism office job in Vancouver, Canada. After exhausting a decade of my life into it, I realized that I had so much industry knowledge – from destinations, to recommended products, to travel and tourism tips in general, and I wasn’t in a position I could share them to their full potential!
That’s when I decided to start Tourism Picks. A one stop shop where I could share all my industry knowledge with the world! No registration fees, no high commissions being added on – just plain and simple, the best tips and deals out there!
So far, I’m loving the move to the online world. I feel so much more rewarded giving back to the people, and being my own boss!
