I enjoy Thai food for lunch and dinner, but if i eat a full B'fast I have to have the food my mother used to cook,

I prefer English type bacon, not the streaky fatty US type and also prefer real English sausage. I have tried many and my favorites are--

Dubliner, here yuou can pick each item separatley, they are all good.
Queen Victoria--their small breakfast is big enough for most people.
You are looking at paying a little over 200b in each place.
Just one small suggestion, I really like the American idea of free coffee refills. Neihter place does this.

I've eaten there a total of 4 times and can say nothing bad about the place. Good news for you is Bangkok is very far from Germany.
